The ESS Primary students celebrated Book Week with the Reading Festival and Book Character Costume Parade in the end.
The students shared some of their favourite books and enjoyed ‘Buddy Reading’ of some of the extracts from these books.
Year 2 and 3 students staged a wonderful production of the famous Chicken Licken musical and performed it during one of the all-school Assembly. Full of songs and dances, it was a great fun and fantastic success! They also created the poster, play leaflets and discussed their characters at the Literacy lessons building on their vocabulary and mastering their visual arts skills.
